Event Description

Bullying and harassment in the workplace can lead to increased problems with mental health and staff absence and turnover. This in turn can lead to a rise in organisational expenses and negatively affect productivity. Despite the increasing knowledge and awareness of the problem, a high number of cases are still not detected and employees are left unsupported. This one day workshop will provide you with further knowledge and the practical skills to prevent and address workplace abuse.
