This workshop offers simple, practical and effective strategies for supporting people in the aftermath of overwhelming events during short-term expeditions and mission trips. Integrating both theory and hands-on practice, the 1.5-day training is based on the latest research into risk and resilience and draws on InterHealth’s extensive clinical experience of working with traumatic stress, together with its long-standing knowledge of the international expeditions sector.
