Online resources against corruption

I wonder if anybody had ever used/worked with something like the site below:

It's a website that provides an open, anonymous space for denouncing "daily" corruption issues. 

I was thinking at setting up one of this for DRC, where both population and aid workers are kind of desperate in some situations.

Any inputs, ideas?
