(The Humanitarian Social Network)
I recently finished a four-week online course called “Tech Tools and Skills for Emergency Management“. The course is run by TechChange and covers some of the new digital tools that have been much talked about in the context of emergency response, such as Ushahidi, Open Street Map, Frontline SMS and social media in general.
I wrote short review of my opinion of the course on my blog:

In short: I enjoyed it but it's a little pricey.
TechChange also offers a few more typical ICT 4 Dev courses, so you might want to check them out.
