I haven't read the book in the conversation starter, but I came across this PDF in some foray into the darkest internet.
Maybe its useful to the conversation and the folks who are interested.
(But yes, men in the whole gender thing is super important -- you can't have some being kept down without someone having the job - knowingly or not - of keeping them there, however I do believe that we are in the "small successes" phase of addressing the transformation of male piece of the puzzle -- showing that keeping people down is not going to cause a loss. It might not be what you are used to, but it could be awesome.)
