I'd like to see more global public health programs added ... e.g. Emory University, Johns Hopkins, Tulane, Yale.

Don't forget about the University of Minnesota and the Masters of Development Practice. I would also refer you to all of the other MDP schools which can be found at the global MDP website. http://globalmdp.org/
