I'm a qualified physiotherapist who has a masters in International Development. I've worked as a practitioner, advisor in an Australian NGO that provided solutions for people with disabilities, and also as a rehabilitation advisor with Handicap International for 8 months in China - which I've just finished up. I'm also one of two behind the website www.whydev.org, a place for young folk to discuss development issues. I'd love to make any contacts in the relevant sphere in Phnom Penh or otherwise, as I've just rocked up to the country to find a job.

Here's my LinkedIn: http://au.linkedin.com/in/wmyeoh

All help appreciated!

Hi there! Send me a message on LinkedIn (I think we're already connected) and I'll introduce you to some folks from my time in Cambodia--I worked for CRS. I think you will be able to find a lot of opportunities in Cambodia. Hadicap International has some programs there too, no? Good luck!

Hi! I'm currently working in Cambodia as a Peace Corps Volunteer. I'm afraid I'm not well connected with the international crowd in Phnom Penh, but I would love to help in any way I can.

Handicap International does work in Cambodia. I believe they're in the provincial towns of Takeo, Siem Reap, Battambang and Kampong Cham, but that's something you'll want to double check. Epic Arts is also a widely respected organization here in Cambodia that might benefit from a physiotherapist. I'd be happy to put you in touch with someone there if you were interested. And Rose Rehab is worth a look, as well.

Best of luck! Cambodia is a wonderful place to live and work.

Thank you both! I'll reply to you both individually.
