Anyone out there an expert on this? I need a second opinion. We want to use photocopies of a hard copy poster (no electronic available) made by a different USAID-funded project in a training packet. The poster is old, and does not have the new USAID identity. Can we distribute?

I would think that if it's just for training purposes (not for mass visibility) you should be fine. If in doubt, add the date and previous project name somewhere. :)

Sounds like more of a copyright issue than a marking & branding issue.

I'd just ask the AOTR or local mission rep (assuming the grant you're running now is also USAID).

Well, it can't be a copyright issue, because anything fully USG funded is public use. I'm just worried about the outdated USAID branding...but you're right. I have to ask the AOTR.
