About me

I'm currently doing my MA in South Asian Studies from the University of Oslo, and as part of that I spent 5 months doing an internship at the Institute of Social Studies Trust in Delhi, India.
Now I'm back in Delhi for my fieldwork. I'm writing about notions of citizenship and rights among women in an urban slum cluster where NGOs and the Government of Delhi are collaborating on various welfare measures and social policies, an approach that seems to be on the rise, especially in India. In the future I would love to work in the humanitarian sector, either in India, Norway - or almost anywhere the wind blows.
