About me: I, Naeem Iqbal, bring along programme development, coordination and management experience including Need assessment, program designing, managing programs cycle including program planning, budgeting, monitoring & evaluation of the program against the set goals and objectives, acquired through fourteen years of progressive professional experience both national and international organizations. Having been at lead positions bring along hands on experience in strategic and tactical planning, financial management and budgeting, donors coordination & aid harmonization, human resource management, advocacy and networking, partnership management and organizational development, representation with public and civil society organizations. Have conducted multiple assessments, policy and institutional reviews, monitoring missions, project evaluations etc for range of projects. Being a trained trainer have conducted/facilitated numerous training courses and workshops in multiple domains like community based disaster preparedness, participatory planning and management, volunteer mobilization & management and many more. I have also produced manuals and training materials and lesson learned documents as part of organizational resource development process.
