does anyone know about research institutes, think tanks or any other online source where I can find deep, updated professional security and conflict analysis about the Cental African Republic? (diagnosis, who's who in militias and "rebels"...)
thanks,

Comment by Zehra Rizvi on July 9, 2012 at 7:26pm See if the Red Cross has anything....they have a tool called BPI (better programming initiative) which is supposed to look at all these things and part of programme design, normally on a small scale though---but might be worth it to see if anything pops up!
