Conflict and security analysis sources?

hello to all,

does anyone know about research institutes, think tanks or any other online source where I can find deep, updated professional security and conflict analysis about the Cental African Republic? (diagnosis, who's who in militias and "rebels"...)

I'm maybe late but I always refer to ICG or ODI reports but I don't know if they do cover well the country.

Also among the reports by the Small Arms Survey Sudan, there are some dealing with CAR, but I am not sure if in passing or in detail.

See if the Red Cross has anything....they have a tool called BPI (better programming initiative) which is supposed to look at all these things and part of programme design, normally on a small scale though---but might be worth it to see if anything pops up!
